The yoga classes build stability, mobility, and strength to help increase martial arts performance, prevent injury, and enhance recovery. Yoga also helps students practice mental resilience needed to sustain effective training and longevity in martial arts and the rest of life. You’ll be sweating at the end of class, but you will feel refreshed.
